General Conditions

Article 1 – Definitions

In these Terms, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

  • Withdrawal period : period during which the consumer can exercise his right of withdrawal.
  • Consumer : any natural person who acts for purposes which are outside his professional or commercial activity and who concludes a distance contract with the entrepreneur.
  • Day : calendar day.
  • Indefinite-term transaction : a distance contract concerning a series of products and/or services whose delivery and/or purchase obligation is spread over time.
  • Durable medium : any means that allows the consumer or entrepreneur to store information that is personally addressed to him or her in such a way that it can be consulted at a later date and reproduced without modification.
  • Right of withdrawal : the possibility for the consumer to withdraw from the distance contract within the withdrawal period.
  • Entrepreneur : the natural or legal person who offers products and/or services remotely to consumers.
  • Distance contract : a contract concluded within the framework of a system organized by the entrepreneur for the distance selling of products and/or services, using only one or more distance communication techniques until the conclusion of the contract.
  • Distance communication technique : means that can be used to conclude a contract without the consumer and the entrepreneur being physically present at the same time in the same room.
  • General Conditions : these general conditions of the contractor.

Article 3 – Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by the entrepreneur and to every distance contract concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.

Before concluding a distance contract, the text of these general terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is not possible, it will be indicated before the conclusion of the contract that the general terms and conditions are available from the entrepreneur and that they can be sent free of charge upon request of the consumer.

If the distance contract is concluded electronically, a copy of the general terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer in an electronic form that allows easy storage on a durable medium.

In the event that specific conditions apply to certain products or services, these shall prevail in the event of any contradiction with these general conditions.

If one or more provisions of these general conditions are invalid or void, the other provisions remain in force.


Article 4 – The offer

  • If an offer has a limited duration or is subject to special conditions, this will be explicitly mentioned in the offer.
  • The offer is non-binding. The entrepreneur has the right to change and adapt the offer.
  • The descriptions of the products and/or services are written precisely so that the consumer can make an informed choice.
  • All product images are representative of reality. However, color differences may exist due to screen display settings.

Article 5 – The contract

  • The contract is concluded upon acceptance of the offer by the consumer and compliance with the required conditions.
  • If the consumer accepts an offer electronically, the entrepreneur immediately confirms the acceptance electronically.
  • In the case of electronic payment, the contractor will take the necessary measures to ensure secure data transmission.

Article 6 – Right of withdrawal

  • The consumer may cancel the purchase of a product within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason.
  • During this period, the consumer must handle the product and the packaging with care. He may only test the product to the extent necessary to assess whether he wishes to keep it.
  • To exercise his right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify the entrepreneur in writing or by e-mail within 14 days of receipt of the product.

Article 7 – Costs in the event of withdrawal

  • The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the consumer.
  • The refund of the amount paid by the consumer will be made within 14 days after receipt of the return, provided that the product has been returned.

Article 8 – Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:

  • Customized products according to consumer specifications.
  • Products sealed for hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery.

Article 9 – Prices

  • The prices stated in the offer will not be increased during the validity period of the offer, unless a change in VAT rates or other legal regulations requires this.
  • All prices include applicable taxes and are displayed in Euros unless otherwise stated.

Article 10 – Conformity and warranty

  • The entrepreneur guarantees that the products and services meet the specifications stated in the offer and the reasonable expectations of the consumer.
  • The warranty provided by the contractor, manufacturer or importer does not in any way reduce the consumer's legal rights.

Article 11 – Delivery and execution

  • The entrepreneur takes the greatest care in the execution of orders and the dispatch of products.
  • The delivery address is the one indicated by the consumer when ordering.
  • If a delivery is delayed, the consumer will be informed within 30 days. If delivery has not taken place after 30 days, the consumer can cancel his order free of charge.

Article 12 – Transactions of indefinite duration: termination and extension

  • A consumer may terminate a contract of indefinite duration with one month's notice .
  • A contract concluded for a fixed period cannot be tacitly renewed for a fixed period exceeding 3 months.

Article 13 – Payment

  • The consumer must pay the amount due within 7 working days after confirmation of the order.
  • In case of incorrect or insufficient payment, the contractor is entitled to apply additional costs.

Article 14 – Complaints

  • Any complaints must be submitted to the contractor within 7 days of the problem being discovered.
  • The contractor will respond to the complaint within 14 days of receipt.

Article 15 – Disputes

  • These general terms and conditions are subject to Dutch law .
  • In the event of a dispute, only the Dutch courts shall have jurisdiction.
