Exchanges and Returns

You can return your order up to 14 days after receipt , and we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your account within five working days after receipt of the return .

Return an item in three easy steps:

✅ Step 1: Fill out the return form
Download and complete the return form here. Make sure it is filled out correctly.

📦 Step 2: Submit your order
Return the items along with the return form to the address indicated on the form. Add a tracking number (Track & Trace) , as you are responsible for the shipment and we want to avoid any misunderstanding.

💰 Step 3: Receive your refund
Upon receipt of your package, we will ensure that the amount of your purchase is refunded to your bank account within five working days .
