What happens after I place my order?

You will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided. Check your spam folder if you cannot find the email in your inbox.

All orders are shipped within 1 day from our warehouse.

What should I do if I entered the wrong address?

If you notice an error in the address you provided, please contact us immediately. Use the subject line "URGENT" so that we can correct the error before shipping. If a package cannot be delivered due to an "incomplete address" , unfortunately we will not be able to offer compensation.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. Please note that it may take 2-4 days for the tracking to update, please be patient.

Lost or Stolen Orders

Ella Fashion is not responsible for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the carrier. We do not refund orders marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen.
